How it works
The consultation, step by step
Telemedicine is regulated by Brazil's Federal Council of Medicine, and digital prescriptions are valid nationwide. From first contact to follow-up, the process is simple:

Book online
Choose a time on the site and reserve it with a Pix payment. Confirmation is automatic. If you'd like to ask questions first, message us on WhatsApp.

Confirmation upon payment
The consultation (R$ 250) is confirmed after payment via Pix (Brazil's instant payment system). You receive the receipt and the video call link.

The video consultation
About 50 minutes by video call, wherever you are. Have recent exams, your current medication list and your main questions at hand. Family members or caregivers are welcome when it makes sense.

Treatment plan and digital prescription
At the end you receive your treatment plan and, when indicated, a digital prescription, valid throughout Brazil, including for Anvisa import procedures or pharmacy purchases of medical cannabis.

Follow-up
Follow-up visits are part of the treatment: that is where we assess your response, adjust doses and stay on plan. Since every treatment moves at its own pace, there is no fixed interval. When a follow-up is needed, simply book again here, the same way and at the same price as the first consultation.
