Dr. Laura Morais

I am a physician trained at Uninassau (Recife, Brazil), specialized in medical cannabis at UNIFESP, one of Brazil's leading references in the field. I see patients across Brazil by telemedicine, as well as Brazilians living abroad, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

I chose integrative medicine because I believe no symptom exists in isolation: pain, sleep, emotional health and daily routine influence each other all the time. That is why my consultations take real time, to hear the whole story, review what has been tried and build, together with each patient, a plan that fits real life.

In cannabis medicine I work from the scientific literature and Brazilian regulation, transparent about what science already knows and what is still under study. Medical cannabis is not a miracle promise: it is a therapeutic tool that, in the right cases and with proper follow-up, can be part of care.
